Should the UK set a quota for women in board rooms like Norway?
Since January 2008 publicly listed Norwegian companies have been obliged by law to ensure at least 40% of their board members are female? What has been the effect? To discuss the issues Jane is joined by Dianah Worman: Advisor on Diversity Issues at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development andJorunn Okland, Professor of Gender Studies at the University of Oslo. |
