A radical approach to dealing with obese children.

Overweight children should be treated as victims of abuse, taken into care and in some cases given radical weight loss surgery. This is the view of Tam Fry of the National Obesity Forum and, as the Forum's annual conference begins, he joins Jane to discuss these opinions.
