A community project which encourages people to grow and cook their own food.
One of the biggest problems facing the world today is growing food shortages and soaring prices. Incredible, Edible Todmorden is a community project, involving schools, businesses and the wider community, set up to encourage people to grow and cook their own food. Jill Hopkins visited Todmorden to find out more about the town’s growing concern for self sufficiency.
