Pregnancy services for the under-18s

At the Whittington Hospital in North London consultant midwife Rachel Ambler is passionate about providing the best care possible for young women during pregnancy. With no extra funding the Teenage Pregnancy Midwifery Services was launched which provides continuity of antenatal and postnatal care to women of 18 and under. Sue Elliott Nicholls went to meet the team that provides support for girls from the first anti natal appointment right up until the babies are one-year-old.
