Health
Diabetes and Pregnancy 28 June 2006
Any diabetic woman who is planning a pregnancy should be getting extra attention, preferably before she conceives. But according to a recent study in the British Medical Journal, women are not always getting the care they should. So what’s going wrong and how can the service be improved?

Jenni speaks to Jo Modder, Clinical Director for Obstetrics at CEMACH (Confidential Enquiry into Maternal and Child Health), one of the authors of the report for the BMJ and Roopinder Brar, Care Advisor at Diabetes UK.
