She's been Moll Flanders, Boudicca, the forceful Dr Elizabeth Corday in ER - she was even the school bully in Grange Hill - a role call of strong women. And now Alex Kingston takes on the all-powerful Nurse Ratched in "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" opposite Christian Slater.
