Having your children close together 02 Mar 2006
Sleepless nights, constant nappy changing and endless crying - the image of having a new baby can be one of unbridled chaos. So what's daily life like for mothers who have three or more children close together in age? Is it easier to have your children in quick succession or does it mean each childhood become one big blur?

Jenni talks to Kate Wyvill who wrote the play Going Potty based on her experiences of raising three young sons and Liz Fraser, author of The Yummy Mummy Survival Guide about their different experiences of having children close together.

The Yummy Mummy Survivial Guide by Liz Fraser is published by HarperCollins on 6 March

Going Potty comes to the Arena Theatre, in Wulfrun Street, Manchester on 8 March
