According to new research, carving out a career in IT is proving harder than ever for women. Despite recruitment initiatives, they're still severely under-represented among the UK's computer programmers, service engineers and support staff.

Rebecca George, an IBM director and Anne Budge from Newell and Budge, joins Jenni to talk about why many of those women who managed to break the mould, now appear to be fleeing the industry.
