Do jurors need educating?

Research suggests that jurors may still have misconceptions about how rape victims are most likely to behave, both immediately after the attack, and whilst giving evidence in court. So should we be looking to systematically educate juries about the range of possible responses to a sexual assault? Jenni is joined by barrister David Wolchover, and by Jennifer Temkin, Professor of Law at the University of Sussex.
