Is the problem in our institutions or is it culture-wide?
It's been revealed that the UK has the lowest rape conviction rates in Europe. According to a new study ( to be published by London Metropolitan University later this month) out of thirty three countries, Britain came last. So why do our institutions compare so badly with those across the channel in securing convictions for sexual assault?
