I'm a Minger 19 Aug 2008
I'm a Minger
A new play looks at bullying, bulimia and boys through the eyes of a teenage girl.

Katie is fourteen and like many girls of her age worries about being popular, wearing the right clothes and getting a boyfriend, she is also the victim of bullying at school. She’s the main character in a new play by Alex Jones called “I’m a Minger” based partly on the experiences of his daughter Lucy and her friends. Alex plays all the roles himself and he and Lucy join Jenni in the studio to discuss the themes raised in the play.
