Sailing Against the Flow

Yachtswoman Dee Caffari has a fear of thunderstorms, heights, claustrophobia, and an intense dislike of fish.  Despite her fears she still managed to complete a record-breaking journey as the first woman to sail solo around the world against the prevailing winds and currents.

"Against The Flow – The Inspiring Story of a Teacher Turned Record-Breaking Yachtswoman" by Dee Caffari is published by A&C Black
