Carol Ann Duffy 18 Dec 2009
Carol Ann Duffy
Carol Ann Duffy’s poems for Christmas

The poet laureate Carol Ann Duffy has selected twelve poems especially for Christmas. They form part of a collection, and the authors include Walter de La Mare, U.A Fanthorpe and Langston Hughes. The publication comes as Duffy herself has written a provocative ‘Twelve Days of Christmas’, especially for the Radio Times. Carol Ann will join Jenni to explain why she chose the poems she did, and to discuss how life has been since her appointment as laureate.
