When should you bare your upper arms?

Much was made recently of Michelle Obama's penchant for wearing sleeveless tops and dresses. Whilst her upper arms look in peak condition, for the rest of us these bits are often the first part of the body to show the signs of ageing. So is there a time when we should cover them up? And what can be done to tone up the under-arm dangle? Celebrity personal trainer Matt Roberts and TV presenter Lowrie Turner join Jane to give some exercise advice and tips on how to disguise 'bingo wings'.
