To discuss, Jenni is joined by Dr. Caroline Gatrell whose latest research shows that working mothers are hiding their motherhood from fellow colleagues because they feel it will disadvantage them in the workplace. Dr. Catherine Hakim from the London School of Economics claims women are making clear choices between work and child-raising, with a high proportion of those in top jobs choosing not to have children.
