Navigating love and money and how to be financially compatible

British couples are more secretive than ever about their personal finance, with women especially guarded about their money, according to a new study. Financial disagreements are one of the most common reasons for divorce, so just how easy is it to navigate the world of finance and manage money as a couple? Jane discusses financial compatibility with finance journalists Sarah Pennells and Jonathan Self.

‘Financial Bliss: How to grow wealthy together’ by Sarah Pennells is published by Prentice Hall Life, 8th January 2008, ISBN-13: 978-0273715047

‘The Teenager’s Guide to Money’ by Jonathan Self is published by Quercus Publishing, 8th November 2007, ISBN-13: 978-1847242020
