Emily Maguire 17 Dec  2007

The singer songwriter on her recent success

Emily came to England in July to open the Cambridge Folk Festival and do a 3 month tour of pubs and clubs around the UK. She is still here having been asked to support Don Mclean’s recent UK tour and instead of playing in the odd pub has found herself on the stage of the Royal Albert Hall. Her self published album “Keep Walking” has just been released and she joins Jane to talk about her extraordinary life, living in a shack in the Australian outback, making records and goats cheese and coming to terms with some serious wildlife infestations.

"Keep Walking" by Emily Maguire is released on Shaktu Records.
