Clinics offer treatment to healthy women

Women who want to freeze their eggs for use in later life are to be offered a dedicated service that will enable them to have a healthy baby much later than may otherwise be possible. It's a service that until now has been largely restricted to cancer patients. Ritula discusses the issue with Prof Gedis Grudzinskas from the Bridge Fertility Centre, which is one of two fertility clinics planning to launch the service, and Dr Gillian Lockwood, Medical Director of Midland Fertility Services.
