Hen Parties 24 July 2006
It's the time of year when groups of women come together to celebrate and commiserate their fellow female's final night of freedom. Hen parties are big business now but weekends away, a trip to the spa or a night with the Chippendales are increasingly seen as very old hat.

The latest event capturing the imagination of women across the country is a visit to a local recording studio to lay down - not an egg - but a record. Henrietta Harrison went to the Iguana studio in Brixton, South London where bride Anna and her friends were recording their 'Hen Anthem' with engineer Andrea Terrano. Henrietta also spoke to clinical psychologist Nadine Fields about the all essential pecking order when a group of hens get together.
