Woman's Hour examines the rise of Segolene Royal, the politician so popular in France that if she ran for president tomorrow most likely she would win. Her biggest problem could be securing the Socialist Party's nomination - women don't fare well in French party politics. So who is she and what are her chances of becoming Madame la Presidente?
