Forsyte Saga Thursday 4 April 2002
The epic drama of sex, power and money, that chronicles the life of English aristocracy over 34 years, is back.

The pioneering drama, that was first broadcast on the BBC in 1967 has been reversioned and slimmed down, by Granada Television and will shortly appear in six episodes, on our screens.
The controversial drama, which details the lives of three generations of the Forsyte family, and tells stories of characters who glory in their wealth and social status. Actress Gillian Kearney and writer Jan McVerry join Jenni to reflect on the enduring power of the initial production.
The Forsyte Saga begins on Sunday 7 April on ITV1 at 9pm
