From Frida Kahlo to Lee Miller: Europe’s biggest exhibition of female surrealists is on in Manchester.

A major exhibition of women artists and surrealism is being held in Manchester - the biggest ever held in Europe. It’s taken nearly four years to produce and the collection features well known names like Frida Kahlo, Lee Miller and Dorothea Tanning, as well as lesser known artists. Jenni is joined by Jeanette Winterson, who opened the exhibition and Dr Patricia Allmer; Curator of  the ‘Angels of Anarchy’ exhibition to discuss the links between art and print.

‘Angels of Anarchy’ can be seen at Manchester City Art Gallery and runs until 10 January 2010
