Tamsin Greig 24 Mar 2007
Tamsin Greig in Love Soup
The actor talks about her role in 'God of Carnage'.

Well-known for her comedy roles in Green Wing and Love Soup, Tamsin Greig also plays Debbie in The Archers and last year won two awards for her portrayal of Beatrice in Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing. Her latest venture is on the stage in Yasmina Reza’s play God of Carnage; a comedy which explores the behaviour of two sets of parents who meet up to deal with the unruly behaviour of their children. Tamsin joins Jane to talk about the play, comedy acting and why she seems to be irresistibly drawn to playing tragically love-struck characters.

God of Carnage by Yasmina Reza is at the Gielgud Theatre in London from 25th Match – 14th June 2008. Love Soup is on BBC1 on Saturday nights at 9pm.
