Helen Mirren
"The Queen" of British actors on writing her Autobiography

She triumphed at the 2007 Emmy Awards and is one of Britain’s best loved stars. Her life has been rich and varied - the daughter of a taxi driver and the great granddaughter of a Russian countess; the girl from Leigh-on-Sea who grew up to become "the Queen of British cinema". Yet she has never enjoyed talking about herself.

Ritula talks to Helen Mirren about being at the top of her game at the age of 62 and her new autobiography.

In the Frame – My life in Words and Pictures by Helen Mirren is published by Weidenfeld and Nicholson, ISBN-13: 978-0297851974.
