World Cup Prostitutes 16 May 2006
In the run-up to the World Cup next month, it's been estimated that as many as 40,000 sex workers are to descend on Germany. With the country's relaxed laws on prostitution and lurid headlines in the newspapers about giant "megabordels" catering for throngs of randy football fans, are the Germans about to witness a sex-fest on their own doorstep? Or is it all rather exaggerated?

Jenni is joined by Zarin Hainsworth, Chair of Board of Trustees, National Association of Women’s Organisations and Dr Laura Agustin, sex-work researcher and sociologist, University of Leicester.
