22nd September: Interviewing Abu Izzadeen in the week he heckled Home Secretary John Reid.

23rd September: Asking Chief of the General Staff  General Sir Richard Dannatt about the problems British soldiers face in Afghanistan. 

9th October : Talking to Joanne Lees, girlfriend of Peter Falconio who was murdered in the Australian bush.

21st October : Reflecting on the 40th anniversary of the Aberfan disaster, which killed 144 people, most of them schoolchildren.

25th October: Concluding 6 days spent reporting from Basra.

22nd November: Trying to pin down London Mayor Ken Livingstone on the final cost of the London Olympics . 

23rd November: Questioning  Health Secretary Patricia Hewitt on the abolition of mixed sex wards in hospitals.

30th November: In conversation with  Professor Stephen Hawking

23rd December : Debating the limits of accademic freedom with holocaust apologist David Irving

23rd December  Getting the latest from the captain of the Endeavour, an Icebreaker sent to research the world's largest seal colony.
