A CALL TO ARMS

Are you happy with the new "Directory Enquiries" system? Or are you confused, psychologically damaged and cancelling your telephone subscription?

Do you KNOW the numbers? Have you had grim experiences with the 118 system? Is it better or worse than the old 192?

What's the difference between ONE 118 number and another? What about the pricing or the phone manner of the operators? Are they helpful? Are they up to the job? Or better than the old lot?

Do they understand what you want? Do they get you the number you want? Have they made terrible errors? Or registered unbelievable successes? How many wrong numbers have you had? Are you getting put through automatically when all you want IS the number?

No matter what your experience with 118 numbers, we want to hear it. Click here to email Dominic Arkwright.

Submissions are treated in confidence if required.

Thank you for your help.
