This week's charity
Jane Field, whose child has Muscular Dystrophy, appeals on behalf of the Muscular Dystrophy Campaign, which helps to support the 60,000 families affected by muscle disease in the UK. The charity provides free information and support, funds world-class research to find effective treatments and cures and awards grants to families for vital equipment which helps to increase quality of life.
