Peggy Reynolds

Peggy Reynolds
Peggy Reynolds was born in Australia and educated at Oxford and London. She is Reader in English at Queen Mary, University of London and a Life Member of Clare Hall, Cambridge.

She has been a regular broadcaster on arts and music since 1990 and she currently presents Radio 4's Adventures in Poetry. Her books include an edition of Elizabeth Barrett Browning's Aurora Leigh, Victorian Women Poets (with Angela Leighton) and The Sappho History.

Peggy has written widely on poetry and, being a Gemini, loves the way that the best poems have more than one side. She lives in Gloucestershire and Spitalfields, London.
