Business Relationships

In this week's Shop Talk Heather Payton will be meeting the people who set up companies with their nearest and dearest. These can include spouses, boyfriends, best friends or entire families. Companies like these can be roaring successes, like Cadbury's for example, or the husband-and-wife hairdressing business, Nicky Clarke.

Some have even launched companies with their best buddies, like the three friends who founded Innocent Smoothies.

But beware! If things do go wrong, they can go spectacularly wrong.

Find out what sort of relationships are good for business in Shop Talk.

Professor Nigel Nicholson - Department of Organisational Behaviour, London Business School

Adam Balon - Innocent Drinks

Stuart Moore - Sapient
