In this week's Shop Talk we'll be celebrating sleep.

There's an argument that these days that we're so busy and stressed out, burning the candle at both ends, that when we finally hit the sack, there's little chance of drifting off comfortably into the land of nod.

There's another argument of course that human beings have always been like that, but that in these self-indulgent times we simply complain more.

Whatever the truth, there's always someone ready to cash in on your problems, making over-the-counter sleep aids the fastest growing sector of the health care market.

We'll be finding out more, and gretting some tips for a good night's sleep, on Shop Talk.
