Servant Leadership

Today's programme investigates "servant leadership" - a management process with religious roots that has become widespread in the US. Currently Asda is one of the very few UK companies which refers openly to its use of servant leadership principles - but, will other companies soon be following suit?

And in Nice Work's regular review slot Prof Cary Cooper, Sir Gerry Robinson & Prof Beverley Alimo-Metcalfe discuss some of the most widely-read books on the subject of leadership and ask whether our views on what makes for a good boss are changing.
