Is your boss driving you mad?

What do staff want from their managers?

According to a figures published this week, one in four of us would like to celebrate 2005 by handing in our resignation. There are all sorts of reasons why people want to quit their jobs but one of the most common is that they don't think much of their boss.

This week Philippa Lamb asks what staff want from their managers.

Nice Work also reviews some of the best selling self-help books and asks if they really can help your progress your career.
