On the programme this week, the commercial property market, and consumer behaviour.

This week we talk to four top executives about the commercial property market. With prices now rapidly falling, how will it affect businesses?

Also on the programme, the peacock’s tail. It has become a much discussed phenomenon in socio-biology – a tail that apparently has no obvious purpose other than to impress the girls. But the fact that it has evolved, tells us impressing the girls is a useful attribute. Could it help explain certain aspects of consumer behaviour?

Our guests this week:

Simon Woodroffe,
Founder, Yo! Company including YOTEL and Yo! Sushi

Keith Clarke
Chief executive, Atkins

Robin Wight
Chairman, Engine and WCRS

John Clare
Non-executive Chairman, Cheapflights
