Step 2: Sign in or register
To share your conversation with the BBC and the British Library, you'll need a BBC iD membership.
If you've already got a BBC iD, just click Sign in above and enter your email address or username and password.
If you've never signed into bbc.co.uk before, you'll need to create a BBC iD membership. It only takes a minute. Just click Register above to set up your account.

Step 3: Upload your conversation
Once you've signed in, we'll ask some for some details about you and your conversation.
You will also have the option to submit your conversation to the British Library archive.
You can then select the audio file (mp3 format please) to submit to us. (For more information about file types and file sizes see our FAQs page.)
The Listening Project programmes will be broadcast on BBC Radio 4 and BBC local radio and made available online. We very much hope to use your contribution, but can't guarantee to do so.

Terms & Conditions
There are specific rules for contributing to The Listening Project. Please read the full Terms & Conditions for the Listening Project before you submit your conversation.
Section 5 of the Terms of Use for BBC Online Services for Personal Use outlines how we handle any contributions you make to BBC Online Services. Clause 5.4 will not apply though as for the purposes of the Listening Project you are assigning all copyright in your recordings to the BBC.
