Published in 1934 and subtitled "an experiment in biography", The Quest For Corvo is a portrait of the eccentric English writer Frederick Rolfe, aka Baron Corvo. In this extract the book's author A J A Symons (1901-1940) sets out on his quest. Reader: Bruce Alexander.
