Inter-racial romance is no longer taboo. Unless, that is, it's between members of Britain's two largest ethnic minorities, Asians and African-Caribbeans. Then it can often spark a wave of hostility.

Tanya Datta tracks down couples who have challenged their families and traditions to be together. Through them, she reveals the complex relations between the Asian and Black communities and uncovers a deeply sensitive subject that is normally never discussed in public.
