Martin Coxall is a software developer who recently spent three weeks among the San Bushmen of the Kalahari in a remote area of Namibia, for a BBC3 series Fat Men Can't Hunt.
Fat Men Can't Hunt is on BBC3 from 22nd January.
ROMAN HALTER
Roman Halter is the architect and painter, whose memoir Roman's Journey tells the compelling story of how he made it out of the Kodz ghetto, survived Auschwitz and Stutthof and endured the allied attacks on Dresden, before escaping to England.
Roman's Journey is published by Portobello Books.
REV JOHN-HENRY BOWDEN
Rev John-Henry Bowden is Chaplain of St George's Anglican Church in Venice. As part of the 400th anniversary commemorating the first Chaplaincy, a group of professional artists were commissioned to produce new works inspired by Venice to raise money for badly needed repairs to the church. They will be offered for sale at an exhibition at Sotheby’s this week.
Venice: City of Dreams? Exhibition is at Sotheby’s from 15th-19th January.
LUCILLE BRIANCE
Lucille Briance is the founder and Artistic Director of the London Children's Ballet company. Their next production of The Secret Garden is at The Peacock Theatre in London from 17th-20th May 2007.
