STEPHEN GILL is a photographer - famed for capturing the small moments of life.
He has edited Unseen UK - A book of photographs by the people at Royal Mail, available from the Royal Mail, price £20. The proceeds go to Help the Hospices charity.
RUTH MCKERNAN is a neuroscientist; Vice President of Discovery and Head of Biology at a major drugs company, and visiting Professor at the Institute of Psychiatry in London.
She has written the story of her father's mystery degenerative illness and how she called upon her scientific background to make sense of her emotions.

MIHALIS MANOUSAKIS is a traditional weaver from Crete. He learned to weave as a boy and now runs the family weavery in Chania, working in handspun, naturally dyed wool. He and his wife weave carpets, bags, cushions, aprons, curtains, bedspreads and blankets on traditional hand looms which date back from 150 to 400 years old.
He currently in the UK working with a number of special needs students at Ruskin Mill College, teaching them weaving and dyeing.
JIMMY OSMOND is the youngest member of the family group The Osmonds. This year sees his 40th anniversary in showbusiness.
He is currently on a UK tour, along with brothers Wayne, Merrill and Jay. They will be appearing at Hammersmith Apollo in London on 16 March and at the NIA Academy, Birmingham on Friday 17 March. National Tour Ticket Hotline: 0871 2200260.
