TONY ROBINSON
The actor Tony Robinson will be eternally remembered for the catchphrase of his most famous character - Baldrick - "I have a cunning plan..." - His current plan is a theatrical tour of the UK - Tony Robinson's Cunning Night Out - which promises a helter-skelter ride through his life-story - from child actor to the pinnacle, playing a stinking, turnip-loving simpleton alongside Rowan Atkinson in Blackadder.
GUO YUE
Guo Yue is world-renowned as a virtuoso bamboo flutes soloist, composer and arranger. He has worked with musicians including George Fenton and Peter Gabriel; and on film soundtracks including The Killing Fields.
He has written an evocative memoir from his early years in Beijing, through the Chinese Cultural Revolution.
Music, Food and Love, A Memoir, by Guo Yue and Clare Farrow, is published by Portrait, an imprint of Piatkus Books, at £14.99.

ANITA SMITH
Anita Smith was a housewife from Northampton when she first visited the Gambia on holiday 13 years ago. While there she took a trip into the bush and the remote town of Bansang. When she saw the conditions at the local hospital there Anita was so appalled that she set up a charity - The Bansang Hospital Appeal. She's been back to visit over 40 times and has organised a new 80-bed children's ward, which is due to open next month.
Her story is told on Inside Out on BBC ONE in the East on February 6 at 7.30pm.
JOHN JULIUS NORWICH
The writer John Julius Norwich will be explaining the connection between Byzantium, Christmas Crackers, and the Jermyn Street Theatre.
From 6-11 February 2006 he'll be appearing at The Jermyn Street Theatre reading from his "Christmas Crackers" (and singing a song or two!)
