Listen to the In Touch for 17 February 2004 HOW ACCESSIBLE IS THE RNIB WEBSITE? Guest: Leonie Watson, IT expert who works at Nomensa and helps to provide accessible IT solutions. Simon Dowling, Brian Hartgen comment on the RNIB website. A handful of people have been campaigning on a Yahoo website chat room about the design of the RNIB website. It seems that the website is accessible but the layout and design is not user friendly, especially if you use a screen reader. The Tesco website is mentioned as an example of good design.
