Michael Pollan
Michael Pollan
Author Michael Pollan joins Sheila Dillon to discuss his latest book "In Defence of Food". He argues that we used to know how to eat well, but now have lost that knowledge passed down through the generations in a welter of confusion and complexity created by nutritional scientists, the food industry – and journalists.

Sheila Dillon puts some of those points to the Food Standards Agency’s chief scientist, Andrew Wadge.
