SWIMMING 
This week Sandi Toksvig discusses swimming and diving holidays - exploring what it is about the waves on top and the mysterious world below the sea that attracts swimmers and divers to take the plunge.

Simon Muire, founder of Swimtrek a company which organises swimming holidays, is an avid swimmer and discusses the attraction and organisation of  swimming holidays.
 
Rob Fryer, Chairman of the River and Lake Swimming Association is passionate about swimming outdoors and is compiling a book of alluring locations  around the UK - details of which he shares with Sandi.

Louise Trewavas, a diving instructor in London and regularly contributes to "Dive" Magazine, discusses some of her most exciting dives in exotic  locations around the world and her interest in looking for shipwrecks.
