Hugh Pearman - journalist

Hugh is the architecture correspondent for the Sunday Times and the author of several books, including "Contemporary World Architecture" (1998), published by Phaidon Press, ISBN: 0714842036 and "Airports - A century of Architecture" published by Laurence King Publishing,ISBN: 1856693562 which celebrates the most important airport designs in the world.

Patrick Moon - writer
Patrick Moon studied French and History at Oxford before working as a lawyer in London. He decided to spend more time in his Languedoc home. Patrick's first book "Virgile's Vineyard: A Year in the Languedoc Wine Country" published by John Murray, ISBN: 0719565170 is about inheriting a remote and neglected house in the South of France and how the Languedoc has managed to transform itself into one of the world's most exciting vineyards. His latest book "Arazat's Aubergines" is published by Profile Books, ISBN 9 781861 977069.

Rupert Wright - journalist
Rupert Wright has been a journalist for nearly 20 years, reporting from over 40 countries. Now based in France, he contributes to numerous publications, including The Financial Times, Washington Post and the Sunday Times. Rupert has lived in The Languedoc region for 6 years. His book "Notes from the Languedoc" will be published by Ebury Press in July, ISBN 0 09190563-X.
