"If fate's timing had been as good as Peter's, he would still be with us,"
John Cleese.
Peter Cook died on 9th Jan, 1995: ten years ago.
We've plundered Peter Cook's prolific archive, and discovered obscure, irresistible & splendidly daft audio material.
The joyous result is a four part series: Peter Cook in His Own Words,
presented by Michael Palin.
The series will be divided chronologically, concentrating on key performances, characters and TV/radio appearances in Cook's 36 year comedy career.
