About Mark Watson
Mark is an award-winning comedian and writer who’s appeared on numerous Radio 4 shows as well as BBC TV’s Time Trumpet and Mock The Week. He has recently recorded a pilot for a quiz show We Need Answers and his sitcom Spike’s Lookalikes aired on Radio 4 in June 2008.
As if that wasn’t enough his book Crap at the Environment was published earlier this year and was recently featured as Radio 4’s Book of the Week. Mark has previously had two novels published, Bullet Points and A Light-Hearted Look at Murder.
Mark will be performing his live show All The Thoughts I’ve Had Since I Was Born at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival followed by a tour in 2009.
Tim Key, the poet, has appeared on Radio 4 as one quarter of the Cowards, who are returning to Radio 4 and debuting on BBC Four soon. Radio 4 listeners may also recognise him from his narrative comedy All Bar Luke. He has made numerous television appearances, including Saxondale and Time Trumpet.
Tom Basden, the musician, is one quarter of the Cowards (with Tim Key, Lloyd Woolf and Stefan Golaszewski). Tom’s one-man show, Tom Basden Won't Say Anything won the if.comedy award for Best Newcomer in 2007.
