Comic Lenny Henry, trying, but not always succeeding, to be entirely serious, goes in search of the magic of Shakespeare in performance.

Starting at the re-created Globe Theatre, his search is aided by some of the country's greatest Shakespeare directors, actors and theatre practitioners - Sir Peter Hall, Dame Judi Dench, Sir Trevor Nunn, Adrian Lester, Barry Rutter, Dominic Dromgoole and Patsy Rodenburg.
