SAATCHI
A group of artists are mounting an unprecedented legal challenge to art collector Charles Saatchi. The Stuckists have filed a complaint to the Office of Fair Trading alleging that Saatchi's domination of the modern art market constitutes a monopoly and breaks competition laws. Newsnight's Business correspondent, Paul Mason, considers what the Stuckists have to prove to make a monopoly charge stick.
