OTHELLO
Lisa Jardine, Professor of Renaissance Studies at the University of London joins Front Row to review the RSC's production of Othello. Anthony Sher makes a return to Stratford as Iago, whilst acclaimed South African actor Sello Maake ka Ncube takes the title role in this most destructive of Shakespearean tragedies.
Othello is at the Swan Theatre, Stratford-Upon-Avon from the 12 February - 3 April 2004.

BRIAN WILSON
Paul Gambaccini examines Brian Wilson's return to the road with his "lost" concept album Smile. The work coincided with Wilson's nervous breakdown in the 1960s, and was dismissed by his fellow Beach Boys as an album of madness.
Brian Wilson is at the Royal Festival Hall, London SE1 (020-7960 4242), February 20-27, then on tour.

GUILLERMO ARRIAGA
Guillermo Arriaga, writer of BAFTA nominated 21 Grams speaks to Front Row. The film is also in the running for two Oscars; Naomi Watts as Best Actress and Benicio Del Toro as Best Supporting Actor.
21 Grams is released in the UK on Friday 5 March.

ART BEHIND BARBED WIRE
A new exhibition at the Walker Art Gallery presents pictures made by refugees detained during World War II in the Liverpool Huyton internment camp. Newspaper and other unorthodox mediums were used by the artists who included Hugo Dachinger and Walter Nessler. Bob Dickinson reports for Front Row.

Art Behind Barbed Wire opens at the Walker Gallery in Liverpool on 26th February.
