It doesn't seem so long ago that the family feared for Elizabeth's life, pregnant as she was with twins and suffering the effects of a congenital heart condition. But Lily and Freddie were born - in that order - safely if a little early by caesarean section. As toddlers they were treated to the nannying skills of Hayley Tucker.
